Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in the United States on Tuesday for his first state visit. The initial stop of his week-long trip is Seattle, where tonight at 5:30 pm local time he is scheduled to deliver a major policy speech to 650 dignitaries at a dinner sponsored by the National Committee on U.S.-Chinese Relations, the U.S.-China Business Council, Asia Society, and other organizations.
